My journey has been about moving out of isolation and disconnection towards being connected with myself, with others and with life. I've longed to come alive and to lead from within rather than from external pressures and appearances.
As I researched aliveness for my expressive arts masters thesis, it started to feel like a place to live from, to anchor in, to return to. The land of aliveness calls me to engage with life, to invite others in, to be in connection. I find that it is from here that pathways to personal and collective liberation become more accessible.
I warmly welcome you, just as you are. I welcome your differences, your needs, your pain and your hope. Please feel free to engage as you wish and reach out if we can make these spaces more accessible to you.
